Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reboot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reboot is a focus and productivity application that helps users limit access to selected applications during user-initiated focus sessions. The App uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to provide app blocking functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Screen Time Permissions

The App requires Screen Time permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to:

• Block access to apps you select during focus sessions
• Display shield screens when blocked apps are accessed
• Manage focus session schedules you create

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings. Revoking permissions will disable the App's core functionality.

7. NFC Card Usage

The App supports NFC cards for starting and stopping focus sessions. Official Reboot NFC cards are provided separately. You are responsible for keeping your NFC card secure. Lost or stolen cards should be unlinked from your account immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tymoteusz Ferlas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee that the App will help you achieve any specific productivity goals. Results may vary based on individual usage and commitment.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TYMOTEUSZ FERLAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
